Bagastro is a beautiful product line of Sier Disposables made from sugarcane pulp. Sugar cane pulp is also known as “bagasse” and since these products are very suitable for gastronomy, the name “Bagastro” was obvious.
Eco Friendly
Bagasse is residual waste from the production of sugar from sugar cane. Previously, this waste was simply incinerated. But nowadays it is used for various purposes, including to make disposables. A sustainable change, in other words. Add to that the fact that Bagastro products are biodegradable and you have an Eco Friendly and sustainable product group.
Shape
Bagastro is a rich and natural material in look and feel from which you can make unique shapes. Designer Mieke Cuppen has succeeded fantastically in this. The starting points were that the shape should be stylish, simple but also practical to use. These three elements are all perfectly expressed in the form. This addition has made the Bagastro series even more complete.
