Pure cocoa butter, obtained from a selection of whole toasted cocoa beans, with a neutral color and flavour. Simple to use: the practical drop format allows for rapid and uniform dissolution; Ideal for tempering, rehydrating and processing chocolate: simply add a few disks of cocoa butter, already melted, to the melted chocolate to obtain a creamier and more homogeneous structure; It is an excellent base to mix with colorants to obtain colored chocolate, to be applied with a brush.
