In addition to its traditional use for dusting and garnishing desserts, extra-fine icing sugar is also ideal for preparing royal icing. Use it for the creation of doilies, lace, lace or precision decorations with the stencil. Thanks to its solubility it is particularly suitable for making mousse, semifreddo and ice cream with a creamy and velvety texture. Also perfect for sweetening creams, sorbets and fruit salads, guaranteeing rapid dissolution without the formation of lumps. Used as an ingredient for tea pastries, its extra-fine texture ensures greater friability and softness. For the preparation of the royal ice: with the help of an electric mixer, whip, at medium speed, 500 g of extra-fine powdered sugar with 50 g of lemon juice and 100 g of pasteurized egg white until a homogeneous and silky mixture is obtained. Add a few drops of dye until you get the desired color. The practical open and close freshness-saving package allows you to perfectly preserve the product.
