This results in stunningly vibrant, rich consistent shades that will not fade. Not only will your cakes look amazing, but Colour Mill will also help you get more colour for your money. The high concentration means you use much less than you normally would to achieve even brighter and colourful results. You only need a tiny drop at a time to build up your desired shade – we recommend using the end of a cocktail stick. Using more drops will increase the intensity of colour and less will create softer hues. Build the colour slowly as you mix your batter to achieve your desired hue. The bottle comes with a squeeze-top dispenser lid for increased accuracy.

Before you begin, use the bottle lid to pierce the inner seal. Shake the bottle thoroughly to ensure the pigment is fully blended, as the colour is highly concentrated and needs to be evenly distributed.

When colouring, add the Aqua Blend gradually. Start with just a few drops and mix well before adding more, building the intensity slowly until you achieve your desired shade. Because the pigments are very powerful, a little goes a long way.

For the best and most vibrant results, allow your mixture to rest overnight so the colour can fully develop.

Humectant: E422, vegetable oil (canola), colour: E133, E102, emulsifier: E322, E433.

E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
