Preparation method

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 500 g of mix, 250 g of butter and 190 g of eggs (3½ to 4 eggs) in a bowl. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed until a thick batter forms. Fill a greased baking tin. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
