The separately packed colours of 100 g are perfect to cut out shapes and make other decorations on cakes, cupcakes or cookies. These small packs and bright colours are also perfect if you want to decorate treats with kids. . Knead well before use, roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar and cut out different shapes. You can also use the sugar paste for modelling or create different shapes and designs. If you want you can use some tylo powder to make the sugar paste more firm.

Preparation method

The following process is recommended for the best result:

• Let the sugar paste come to ambient temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape, 2 to 3 mm thick. Turn the sugar paste a quarter turn to prevent sticking. Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the sugar paste is ready for use.
• For colouring: let the sugar paste rest for one hour after colouring, covered, for the best results. Knead the sugar paste again before further processing.
