Dark sugar is perfect for various processes; it is ideal for obtaining a traditional white glaze as a topping for cream puffs, éclairs, sweets and donuts. To make a traditional glaze, just add 60 g of hot water to 500 g of dark sugar and mix well. To obtain a flavored glaze, it is possible to replace the water with 75 g of coffee or infusion, thus obtaining creamy bases with an intense flavor. Or add the concentrated paste decorates. For a fruit glaze, replace 100 g of pulp with water or use it with a fruit puree, for example by blending strawberries, raspberries and berries. It can be colored by adding a few drops of decorating coloring gel. The practical open and close freshness-saving package allows you to perfectly preserve the product.
