Storage recommendations : store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and heat sources. Once opened, the product can be kept tightly closed until the expiry date indicated.
How to use : to make a traditional glaze, add 60 g of hot water to 500 g of dark sugar and mix well. To obtain a flavored glaze, replace the water with 75 g of coffee or infusion, or to obtain a fruit glaze, replace the water with 100 g of pulp.
